Q: How far in advance can I place my order?
A: You can place an order for a hamper or platter up to 6 months in advance. All orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
Q: How do I select the date for my delivery?
At the top of the 'Hampers and Platters' page you will see a box in the top left corner.
Simply click 'change' in the delivery box:
Select the date you want your order delivered and click save:
Q: I want to change/alter my order, can I?
A: If you need to change or alter something about your order please contact us at hello@alchemyandstorm.co.nz
Q: How big are the hampers/platters?
A: You will find how many people each hamper and platter is suitable for in the title of your chosen hamper/platter. If the hamper/platter won't be big enough for your party you can adjust your order size - see below.
Q: Can I order to the Airbnb I'm staying at?
A: Yes! Just put in the address of your Airbnb and it will be delivered to you.
